Norliza Othman is an Associate Trainer with QTF Consulting Sdn. Bhd. and based in Penang. She has been involved in the wellness industry for about 20 years and running her own spa franchise under a brand name of Teratak Spa with a total outlet of 5 throughhout Malaysia.

Norliza is a Certified Professional Image Consultant obtained from TrainingCube International, Swedish Massage and Spa Therapy. She also posses Certification in Malay Post Natal Therapy, Holistic Therapy from CEPP-UTM, Diploma in Professional Aesthetician, Corrective Make-up and many others. With her vast experience and qualifications, she has been appointed as the consultant for ANGKASA, ICS-UTM, MARA, NCIA, MPC, JPWPP and many others. She has been elected as a member of the MOTAC Spa Rating Inspection Committee, the chairman of Penang Spa Association since 2011 and the President of Association of Malaysian Spa since 2013.

Since she started in the training line more than a decade ago, a significant number of skills and soft skills training programmes have been conducted with more that 2.000 participants.
