Yong is curious about understanding people. He wants to understand what motivates them and what makes them ‘tick’ . He believes that understanding people is all about being confident and self assured of oneself and passionate about building relationships and trust with others. It is with this understanding Yong hopes to help coach others to grow and improve by seeing people as people and building relationshps and trust.

Professionally Yong have been dealing and working with people of all levels and has over 30 years in IT industry and led the Regional (ASEAN & India) Operations for a US based MNC software company. Yong is a 12 time Presidents Club Award Winner for excellence in Slaes and have been vote as the Asia Pacific Regional Manager of the Year in 2009.

Yong is currently a trained coach and has achieved the Master Performance Certified Coach certificate from the International Coach Federation. He is also trained and certified Accelerated Learning Facilitator . He is building his coaching practice to help leaders and executives be better and grow professionally.
