Ungku Azlan Shah Ungku Chulan is the founder and principal consultant of QTF Consulting Sdn. Bhd. Being in the corporate training sector for the past 14 years, he has had the honour of conducting more than six hundred programs to thousands of people all over the country (including Brunei), helping them move forward in their lives and careers and achieve amazing things.

Azlan has a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development and a certified trainer with PSMB and Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC). He is also a certified NLP trainer (NFNLP), certified LAB Profile practitioner (Success Strategies, Canada) and a Certified Traits Assessor (Aston Business School). After practicing architecture for 1 year, he began his career with a training company lead by Dato’ Dr . Mohd. Fadzilah Kamsah and haven’t look back since.

Azlan actively conducts NLP-based training programs for the government and private sectors ranging from non-executives, executives as well as top level managements. Azlan’s programs have often been described as enlightening, enjoyable and highly interactive!
