Hafizzul Hashimi Dato’ Ismail is a professional MC who has a deep passion in empowering people. Being in the training and development sector for the past 14 years, coach Hafizzul has experience as a training coordinator, coach and negotiator in many events which focuses on career development, leadership, effective group and motivation.

After graduating in Heriot-watt university in B. Arts in Business Finance, Hafizzul further obtained a Master in Business Administration from University Utara Malaysia. He is also a certified NeuroSematic-NeuroLinguistic Programming (NS-NLP) Leadership and Corporate Coach by Power+ Executive Development Australia and Marcus Evans.

Hafizzul has experience working in several industries including education, safety, medical field and oil & gas. He also used to be the training consultant for Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents and Malaysia Association of Accountants and Learning Specialist for Worley Parson.
